SAN ANTONIO - H-E-B officials have confirmed that employees at four San Antonio H-E-B stores recently tested positive for COVID-19.
Three of these stores are located on the south side along Military Drive, and one store is located on Nogalitos Street, not far from the Lone Star District.
H-E-B said business partners who contacted employees have been notified and each store has been thoroughly cleaned.

Employees At 4 San Antonio H E B Stores Test Positive For Covid 19, Officials Say
HOUSTON - Demand for workers is rising as companies try to return to business as usual. While millions of Americans are still collecting unemployment benefits, some employers are getting creative in getting potential candidates back to work.
Texas-based H-E-B is looking to hire 150 full-time workers as pickers at a warehouse on Houston's northwest side. Like hundreds of other employers, H-E-B is sweetening the pot.
The starting salary for a full-time job is $17.50 an hour. If you work at night, you can earn an additional 0.50 per hour. Working on weekends will earn you an additional $1.00 per hour and working in the freezer section of a warehouse will earn you an additional $1.00 per hour. This means entry-level new hires can start at $20 an hour. New employees receive a $500 bonus and health benefits begin on their first day of employment.

One shop is on the southwest side, while the other three are on the south side of the city. H-E-B said it cleaned and disinfected all stores multiple times. Employees who came into contact with the infected employee have been notified, according to the grocery chain.

On June 6, H-E-B said an employee who works at the Elon Market H-E-B located at 8503 NW Military Highway in the city's north central area tested positive for COVID-19. In May, six others in San Antonio tested positive and another at a store in New Braunfels.
